Sofie has been working at FoodBridge, Novax's platform for early-stage investments in the food sector, since 2024. Before that, FoodBridge was part of Axel Johnson, where Sofie has been employed since 2022. Earlier, she completed Axel Johnson's trainee program, which gave her the opportunity to experience various rotational roles within the group, with experience from companies such as Axfood, Åhléns, and Kicks.
