Carl Johan has been working at Novax since 2023. Carl Johan has a broad background as CFO and has worked in listed and unlisted companies, both with an international focus and with a focus on the Swedish market. Before Carl Johan joined Novax, he was CFO for Instabee (Budbee and Instabox), and prior to that he was the CFO at Hemnet and Sdiptech, where he was involved in both companies’ listing processes, among other things. Carl Johan represents Novax as the chairman of the board at Latend Holding (Aqua Dental).
