Sustainability in every step of the investment process
From deal sourcing to deal closure, we integrate sustainability into every step of our investment process. We assess every potential investment according to the Novax sustainability due diligence model and once the companies are integrated into our ecosystem, sustainability becomes one of the key pillars in the reporting and execution plan.
Measured progress
Our companies monitor, track, and improve their sustainability footprint. We follow tailored sustainability KPIs for each portfolio company as well as jointly defined GHG targets and Diversity & Inclusion goals. What is measured gets done. Progress is discussed in board meetings and targets/metrics updated to mirror latest developments
