Josefin has been working at Novax since 2024 and most recently came from Färsodlarna, one of Novax's portfolio companies, where she was the Chief Business Development Officer. Prior to that, she worked as a management consultant within Boston Consulting Group’s Private Equity & Principal Investor practice.
